  Considering that it is the North Island and that they have to bring all their fresh goods from wherever the suppliers are, the produce comes in super fresh and lots of different options to choose from! Everyone in the store are locals of North Island and they all strive to be their best for the community and the people who come into the store to support the IGA of Port McNeill. The store looks very clean and the personnel all seem to be their to help and do their best. My wife and I always enjoy shopping here.

  It's okay I guess, the customer service at the checkout I felt like wasn't that great. I ran in to grab a couple things, I was standing at checkout and the lady who worked there was standing right next to me fixing stuff on a shelf and I tried to get her attention like I want to buy this and leave but she ignored me for about 5 minutes. When she heard me/ realized I was there she didn't apologize or anything. I was in a rush and I don't know if it was because she was just old and couldn't hear me or she deliberately ignoring me but I was unhappy.

  Pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of produce, with a decent selection of organic and BC grown products, super impressive for a small town grocer in this part of our beautiful province, and friendly staff to boot.

  Always love this place , such a good variety of shell fish , fish , different cuts of meat .Fresh herbs , you can't go wrong !

  Never have to wait in line, the produce is okay but not the best. The store is clean and well organized.
